Vita Magna Est

Happy to report that my tinnitus has dialed itself down from “fire alarm” to “slightly annoying fridge hum”—almost bearable, even.
This is usually a sign that I’m [finally] less stressed, semi-calm & quiet, and that I’ve somehow tricked my body into getting enough sleep. Or, you know, the intense ringing might just be losing the volume war to Phnom Penh’s traffic noise.
